These pictures are mostly from the savanna.


The 'Royal Family' hollies are just visible amidst the tall grass. I need to trim grass and mulch around them.




New leaves are sprouting on the hollies.




Poppy flower buds look like weird little alien heads.




The first poppy is blooming.




This is the telephone pole garden. Here it's partly finished. I planted the rest of the seeds and some African marigold plants later in the day.




The Dolgo crabapple has reddish leaves.




The wildflower garden is mostly grass with a few flowers blooming.




These woodland hyacinths are blue.




These are pink and white.




This oak seedling is just starting to leaf out. Most of the others are farther along.




Some of the mulberry trees already have green fruit.
